Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting the Ayam Cemani Breeders Association (“ACBA”). By purchasing a membership, event ticket, merchandise, sponsorship, advertising placement, or any other product or service through our website, you agree to the following Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy.

All Sales Final

All purchases made through the ACBA website are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for:

  • Memberships
  • Renewals
  • Event registrations
  • Sponsorships
  • Advertising placements
  • Digital products
  • Donations
  • Merchandise (unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival)
  • Directory listings
  • Educational materials
  • Any downloadable or digital content

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Membership Purchases

Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This includes:

  • New memberships
  • Membership renewals
  • Upgrades
  • Promotional or discounted memberships

Membership termination due to violation of ACBA policies or community standards does not entitle the member to a refund.

Event Registrations & Sponsorships

Event registrations, table reservations, vendor spaces, sponsorships, and advertising purchases are non-refundable.

If an attendee cannot attend an event, the ACBA is not obligated to issue refunds, credits, or transfers unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

The ACBA reserves the right to modify event schedules, locations, or programming when necessary.

Merchandise Orders

If merchandise arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information.

The ACBA reserves the right to determine whether a replacement will be issued.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing selections
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Normal variations in print, color, or material appearance

Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once access or download has been provided.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

Any unresolved chargebacks may result in:

  • Membership termination
  • Removal from ACBA programs or directories
  • Restriction from future purchases or participation
  • Collection efforts where applicable

Pricing & Availability

The ACBA reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time
  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse service
  • Cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or availability issues

In the event the ACBA cancels an order before fulfillment, a refund may be issued at the organization’s discretion.
